faq About Production

Can you produce the same item shown in your examples?
All items shown as examples are published with the permission of our clients. We cannot reproduce them without permission. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I visit your office directly for a meeting?
Please contact us by email first and let us know the details of your request. We regret that unannounced visits are not accepted. Meetings via Zoom are available upon request, so please feel free to make use of this option.
Can we discuss by phone?
Drawings or photos are essential for accurate communication. Since these cannot be referenced over the phone and no record remains, we cannot handle technical consultations by phone. Please communicate by email or fax, including drawings and reference materials. We do not accept phone inquiries. However, Zoom meetings are available upon prior request.
What about products planned for industrial property rights (patents, utility models, designs)?
Under the supervision of a patent attorney, we handle such confidential projects with the utmost care and strict management. Please rest assured when placing your order.
What is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time for full custom-made products is two weeks after order confirmation. For color spacers, it is one week.
Can you produce large products?
Yes, we have extensive experience producing large-scale items. We have even delivered products to remote islands using chartered trailers and containers by ship. Overseas shipping by air or sea is also available. We can deliver any product, anywhere.
Can you design mechanisms?
Yes. We can handle simple mechanism designs in-house. For more complex mechanisms, we coordinate with specialized design firms.
What should I know about additional processing on existing products?
Before deciding feasibility, please send a photo of the product and a diagram showing the desired processing. However, additional processing carries risks. We may decline requests after inspecting the product. In case of damage during processing or delivery, compensation cannot be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
For repeat orders, do we need to start discussions from scratch?
No. We have digitally stored all drawings and records since 2005. If you provide the management number on your delivery note, or the date and name of your previous order, we can reproduce the same specifications.
Can you change a resin product to a metal one?
Most resin products are designed for mass production, so to produce them in small quantities, we must modify the manufacturing method. This requires understanding the product’s purpose and use. Due to differences in material strength, such conversions are often difficult and may be more expensive, as measurement and drafting are required. Please send detailed reference materials in advance.

faq Pricing and Payment

Do you accept payments through school or public funds (post-payment)?
Yes. We have established accounts with many national, public, and private universities. Please ask whether your institution is already registered.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes, we can issue electronic receipts. Please provide the name and description to appear. However, receipts for credit card payments are issued by PayPal, and for COD payments by Yamato Financial, so we cannot issue them directly.
Can you issue invoices?
Yes. We can issue official invoices formatted for each university. However, invoices cannot be issued for credit card payments.
Can you issue quotations?
We usually state quotation amounts directly in the email body. For school or public fund payments, we issue official quotations in the required format. If a formal quotation is needed for subsidy applications, please request it in advance—we can send it as a PDF and original copy.
How are prices determined?
For one-off production, most of the cost comes from meetings, planning, setup, and documentation. Since each customer’s requirements (precision, complexity, appearance, special features, etc.) vary, standard pricing is not possible. We estimate the required labor time based on our experience and adjust according to your budget and request.
