In addition to the product price, the following costs apply:
- Consumption tax

- Credit card transaction fees are borne by our company
- Shipping Fee
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The standard fee is JPY 880 (tax included), excluding Okinawa and remote islands. Actual costs may vary depending on weight and size.

- Payment Deadline
- Within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation email.
- Delivery Time
- Production begins after payment confirmation. Products are generally shipped within approximately two weeks after order confirmation. The exact delivery date will be communicated in advance. Depending on the product or material availability, additional time may be required. For urgent orders, shorter delivery times may be possible — please inquire when requesting a quotation.
- Defective Products
- Returns are accepted only if the product differs from the order, is severely damaged, or deviates
significantly from the specified tolerances.
Damage caused by the customer is not considered a defect.

- Return Policy and Deadline
- Please contact us by e-mail before returning any items. Once the return is approved, the product must be returned within one week from the confirmed return date.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free of charge only if the delivered product is incorrect or severely damaged.
